hit 5x8 for 235lbs squat. it was extremely hard but doable. like always. 240 next.
pre exhausted hammies w/ some leg curls beforehand. then 185 stiff legged. destroyed my grip strength lol. got hammies ok. it was aite.

2x10 fast and dynamic 185lbs high bar squat. can't believe how easy 185 feels.

2x10 front squat 135 right away, no break w/ other exercise. then a set of 8. that was a transcendent set, especially on the last rep. bar was slipping outta my grasp. my front delts hurt afterwards. had to lie down for awhile after that.
