Potter's Field Workout

Comments:
I felt awful today. My legs burned when I ran and wouldn't move at the right pace. Each rep, my breathing got worse and the burn in my legs lasted longer. I felt like throwing up on the last one. I am shaking off today, I've had a lot of great workouts and this one isn't one of them. I started taking iron pills on friday and I'll wait till that gets better. I am taking tomorrow easy, with an ice bath after. I'll come back for thursday and this weekend
