Clubs: 2x Swing @ 24kg
Spades: 2x Pushups
Diamonds: Hang Squat Clean @ 2x30# bells
Hearts: odd=4-count bicycle, even=2-count Situps with twist
Jokers: 800m run
2's: 400m run

Started out with 95# barbell hang squat cleans for diamonds and pullups for hearts but a guy came in and wanted to bench so I didn't wanna be crossfit doucher that hogs the whole squat rack. So I improvised. Workout still kicked my butt :)

Also included a 200m KB carry to and from my room to the gym.
