10+8+6 dumbbell press 80 lbs
2x8 rows 40 lbs each side
3x8 dumbbell squats 80 lbs
3x8 dumbbell SL deadlift 80 lbs
12+8+7 pullups (parallel, chin-up, parallel)
30+20 dips
Couldn't get a barbell station so I had to do everything with dumbbells, which is horrible. Also I found out that I've gained 5 pounds since I got to Case, probably from the combination of eating more and working out more. I can definitely notice some extra upper-body bulk which is cool, but if I start approaching 140 I'll probably have to cut back on my calorie intake or go higher intensity with less reps to curb the weight gain. Don't want to get too bulky (never thought I'd say that)
