Comments:
Ran at a descending pace to AU (first half mile was 7:30 pace and next half to Ward was sub 7:00.) Felt a bit tight after a full day of teacher meetings. Stood and oversaw a workout and then jogged 800 with Cori and ran back to GDS at sub 7:00pace without straining.
