It's been a little while since I did this workout so I'll try to remember it as best I can. (16/10/2013)

25' warm up
drills and strides
6 X 1'/1', doing almost a full loop of Long Pond with JK and Benson
20-25' cool down

Felt great on this morning. The only glitch in this workout was when Benson tripped JK while trying to sniff another dog. She was alright though and I appologized about seventy times.

We accompanied her on to Dominion for the cool down and then back up Empire Ave.

Very proud of Benson to hang with us for this.
