Morning Long

Comments:
Start of the long runs leading up to Jackson. No matter what else I do this training cycle, I will make sure I get my long runs in. That's what killed me last time.

Really didn't feel like getting out the door this morning, especially consider the rain. Pushed myself out 15 minutes later than anticipated, and I am really glad I did. Very enjoyable long run.

Please with the pace. Didn't check splits at any time, but definitely picked it up the last 3-4 miles and ended very fast.
