Comments:
I had to work out early today, so I emailed Barnes, and got what I needed to do. Unfortunately, even though I read it, my mind somehow turned 8x1000 to 5x1000. Whoops. It went pretty well for the intervals I did do though.

Once I got the pacing right, they were going really well. Felt controlled, strong, and ready for each one. I'm definitely annoyed at myself for missing those last 3, considering how good I felt.
