3x8 then 1x6 w/ 170lbs bench. woulda went for 4x8 with a spotter. great power, w/ a pause rep.
140lb row, 3x8 w/ dropset. good contractions.
4x8 w/ 95lb ohp. holy shit. strength levels thru the roof.
snatch grip deadlifts. 225lbs killllllleeddddd
4x8 w/ 40lb lateral raise. feelin much easier
3x10 w/ 80lb 1 arm row. easy!
