1x Power Clean @ 185#*
5x Pull-Ups

* Got 185x1 for the first 7 rounds but wasn't getting it high enough in the later rounds so switched to 2x165# for the last rounds (there are only 2-10# plates in the gym so I couldn't easily go down to 175#)

1 Mile cooldown. Started off as a run with increasing incline, but was getting a really gnagging pain my lower side so at 1/2 mile I went to 15% incline and alternated walking and jogging to 1 mile.
