Comments:
On the rail trail. went out 40 and came back in 36, eliott really knows how to push the pace. I spent 2 miles of the run making up the 30 seconds that I lost to get some stones out of my shoe. Once I caught back up eliott proceeded to lower the pace leaving me in the dust as my legs did not want to go really fast.
