Felt good in the workout today. I really enjoy speed workouts. Additional plyos: Burpees (2x12 w/ Pushup), Planks (45 seconds front and each side), Wall Sits (2x60 seconds), Calf Raises (15 neutral toe, 15 toe in, 15 toe out), Leg Throw Downs (40 -> front and sides)
