so if nobody cares, I'm just going to keep using this log becasue it has my last few months and i like the way it works, easy and simple to keep track.
Anyway, after a 4 week rest period of running every once in a while, I want to get back to concentrating on training so I can run some road races and such in Boston. Today is where I am starting my focus on getting back to a decent racing fitness.
Today's run was awful, I feel sluggish and tired. I expected it, but this was embarrassing. ran some trails and some road through kings grant
