SF Women's Half Marathon

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was running late and didn't get out to the course until a bunch of people had already passed. So I spent the whole time trying to catch Kevin only to find out later he was behind me the whole time. Ended up doing a tempo for 12 miles of it. Felt pretty good running 6 min pace, although faster would have been tough, so I'm not really ready to race a half yet. Did a 10 min cool-down with Kevin and then hung around waiting for Laura and Sarah for 2 hours. Finally Laura got there and we were running low on time at our parking spot, so I ran 7.5 miles back to the car. I was pretty tired and trying to get there quickly, but it was longer than expected and my legs were pretty beat.
