Ok. First mile - 5:45 ish felt fine, was a fast course. By 2 mile I was sorta feeling it. Fell asleepish until the 5k which was 18:35... course was a little long. Last 1k was tough but I actually kicked. First time feeling real good. I think I'm progressing nicely now that I'm running a lot...
to think, my whole team was running more than 30 miles more than me all summer and half the season...fuckin crazy
