Comments:
Dana, Evy and I went early today. We ran the 1000s on the baseball field. The goal pace was 3:55-4:05 for 5 of them. I hit 4:02, 3:58, 4:00, 4:03, 4:00. It was def a struggle and Dana really helped me on the last one. I was being pretty negative but she's a superstar and motivated me to not give up.
