First Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cloudy about 50 degrees, and 10 mph winds

Comments:
Started Training for the Groundhog's day marathon. Did four miles one the Whited course. Went out at a 7:29 pace for the first mile, 7:13 pace for the second mile, 7:15 for the 3rd mile, 7:06 for the last mile.

Felt good but may have been pushing a little hard. My Achilles's ached for the first mile. Overall I'm pleased.

Last night: 4 12 oz Lite American Pilsners, pasta salad, 2 pulled pork sandwiches, and misc. birthday food.

Breakfast: 3 Cups of coffee and a bagel pizza.

Lunch: 4 mini corn dogs.
