Comments:
Did 6 today...knees were a little better I put the inserts in for the run and they may have helped...still got many cramps (shoulders) and was hurting to keep pace. However, Colin and I did go quite fast today especially for the second day. But hey, its all about good quality mileage and thats what we put in today.
