almost didn't do this workout. didn't sleep last night cuz of the scary movie marathon! and drove back to long island at 5 in the morning. took a nap once i got home and headed to the gym.

3x8 w/ 170lb bench, then hit 7 reps the next set. whatever the case, it IS progression.
did a set of 5 pause benching with 135 lol. just screwing around.
100lb ohp for like 3x6, then some dropsets.
40lb lateral raises, 3x9.

kinda felt that strain in the rear delt again, while unracking the bar for bench press. laterals might have been a bad idea.


12% body fat. im pretty pleased actually. this is a good percentage to bulk at. my goal is to try to maintain around this percentage for the next few months and make gains. I'll be making adjustments to portion sizes since i can't exactly count macros.
