Lewellyn invited me to run with her and allowed me to contrive a workout for her, which I couldn't pass up. Usual five minute walk and then did a ladder of 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 minute runs with 2 minutes recovery walk between each as we covered her usual route. Finished with 3 "sprints" on 15-30 seconds. After resting my leg yesterday, it was noticeably sore on the jogging portions, especially any uphills, however slight. It is still very sore any time I stand up after sitting for extended time and when I try to pick something up.
