Long Run with Grogg

Weather: Cloudy, Cool, a little Wind and Drizzle

Comments:
I did 7.55 miles but 5 were with Grogg. We did the golf course course.

It felt good and I'm glad I did the first 5 with Grogg because it slowed me down. Somewhere in the 6th mile I felt my body tap into my fat reserve, and I was incredible hungry when I finished, and even slightly jerkish.

1st Dinner- Bowl of Salad, Some Potato Salad and a Turkey Sandwich. 1 glass of water, 1 glass of koolaide, 1 glass of apple cider.

2nd Dinner- 1 bowl of chili, 1 bowl of corn flakes. 1 12 oz. French Saisson.

7:00 am- Peanut Butter Bagal, 1 cup of coffee
8:30 am- Cinnamon Toast, 1 cup of coffe
11:00 am- String Cheese and Cup of Yogurt
12:00 pm- Rib Sandwich
2:00 pm- Chicken Sandwich, 1 cup of coffee
3:15 pm- Cup of Coffee
