lifetime fitness today, they got some bumper plates i used for deadlifts.
335lb deadlifts. the goal was 5x5, but I had enough after 4 sets lol. no straps and the bar was hurting tearing my already torn callous. compared to 325, my acceleration off the floor was a bit slower, lockout was fine though. for some reason it felt like i was doing 1-2 inch deficits.
205lb barbell rows again. 4x8, alternated between over and underhand grips. not sure what i like better. thought i might've actually had more power with the overhand grips.
tbar rows w/ vbar grips. did 3x8 w/ 6 25lb plates = 150, then a set of 125, then a strip set 125-100-75. that was roughh but got some ridiculously tight and sharp contractions of the lats.
