Weather: sunny and cool
Comments:
3 x 1 mile repeats up and down the capital crescent
did it with the varsity guys, but I was running with jackson and noah, frankie wasn't feeling great.
It was a good workout, even though my hamstrings were sore from the PE workout the other day.
The weather on the trail was very nice, and the leaves were falling heavily.
Solid workout
We talked after practice with Anthony, and I might race varsity on saturday, if Grif dosen't, but otherwise I'll race in the frosh soph race, which isn't too cometitive. I would like to race varsity, but I would also like us to have a solid five, and I could def. win the sophmore race.
