Comments:
Cut-down tempo. It was wet and cold outside and I wanted to monitor my pace on this first tempo of Jackson training. Kept it to 4 miles since it is still early. Glad I could handle this pace already, but I was hoping it would come a bit easier. Positive first workout though.
