Weather: Colder and Windy
Comments:
Ran with the team, took it nice and slow for the most part, and very slow at the begining, but we picked it up to a tad slower than normal pace towards the middle. Overall good run, but during the striders, my hip flexor felt like it got pulled and i couldnt sprint, but i rolled it out and stretched, and it feels good now.
