Interview went well. Walked into a smaller-sized conference room with (my two friends on the left who work there - major plus) two guys on the left, three girls on the right (including the boss, Mindy). Interview started off with them firing Q at me ("SONOFA BANG! SONOFA BOOM!" haha) like: "Say you have a client who is 20yrs old with the mentality of an 8yr old. On her 21st birthday, her Dad is going to kick her out of the house and she'd be homeless. What would you do?" (RUH REALLY BRO?!)

Q's like this are tough bc what I would SAY I might do - not being the in the midst of the situation - might not actually be what I would do. But, I said first and foremost I would make sure the daughter is safe and would find temporary housing (i.e.: shelter) for the immediate need while working on something more longterm and sustainable. Then they asked: "OK, what if you met the Dad, face-to-face, knowing he's not a good guy and knowing what he is doing." .... I think I said I would Q him and his relationship with his daughter....Then they said: "What if you couldn't do that." .... Tough Q. I said, I'm not sure how I would handle the father.....then that didn't sit well with me and as they were about to move on to the next Q, I said, You mind if I answer that again...."Not knowing how or what I would do, I'd probably seek counsel from team members here or those who've dealt with similar situations and get their feedback (Then I mentioned "this is me working on "communicating my needs" which was what I said is one of my weaknesses I've been working on) They really liked that answer. Whew. I hope in that instance I showed that I really stuck with something, worked through it until I figured it out and set my pride aside to reach out and seek help from others.

After all the Q's, I did the presentation, then the 1-2min "sales pitch" and at the very end had some fun.

They asked simple Q's (When did you start running XC, if you could be a doughnut what kind would you be - Chocolate Bar!, What do you think we all drink at Starbucks.....This was awesome. I said what I thought they drank based on their appearance and I almost nailed all of them! I impressed them with that which was cool! (ie: To one of the girls I said: "For you, I'd say Caramel Macchiatto, you have that sweet look to you."

Nailed the bosses drink! "Iced Black Tea!" It was fun.
