Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Sunny, warm (~65-70)
Comments:
Took advantage of not having to work until 2pm today. Some relaxing running on some trail did the trick. Feeling stronger on this section, even with not running SUPS consistent (YET!). Nevertheless, running (still) when I feel like it has been refreshing.
Was having visuals of winning WTC and getting a spot at LS.
Thought of this weekly LR training plan:
First week of month: Standard B2B (Hilly LR, followed by flatter faster next day)
Second week of month: More hiking one and/or both days
Third week of month: Standard B2B, but 2nd day, more race-like effort on the second day
Fourth week of month: No LR's - Xtrain.
Repeat.
As for weekly stuff. Track one day, hilly tempo one day. I freakin have lacked in the tempo department - especially on trail. This has hurt me tremendously. I need more strength and efficiency. Other days, EASY. I'll strictly adhere to HRM on easy/recovery days.
