Comments:
4x10 w/ 205lb barbell row (easy!) then dropset to 135.
fuck everything cuz i tbar rowed right after that. less weight though, wider grip. 2 plates and a quarter for some, then 1 and a quarter felt light AF.
some snatch grip deadlifts w/ 135 then 185.
80lb rows, 3x10 i think
