since i been neglecting to train arms i thought i'd go in for an arm session.

5x12 something like that close grip bench press high speed dynamic w/ 115 u can hear the ringing of the metal every rep.

35lb per side on the ez curl bar. that prolly 85lbs total curls 3x10 something like that then a set of 25 per side.

seated calf raises... meh boring
