progressed the weight to 250lbs on the squat today. cutting volume by 20% from now on. especially a good idea if im deadlifting tomorrow. hit 3x8 pretty well.

down to 205 hit 3x10 with high bar. i like it.
185 for like 2x10 no belt this time.

135 for 10 front squat with 25lb plates under heels. 145 for 8, then 155 for 8! 155 felt much better this time around than last week

prolly gonna have to buy some new jeans soon theyre tightening up around my ass
