Comments:
My back Hurt pretty bad. Waned to stop at .75 but made myself finish a mile. I think my problem is that I'm too fat and it's messing with my form. Need to take it easy and maybe wait to run until I've lost a little weight or something. I weighed like 198 -- most ever.
