Last Workout before macs

Comments:
Feeling pretty good overall. A bit tight from the race on friday but nothing out of the ordinary. Obviously this is the week. Mental preparation is key. This race is 100% in my head on where I will finish. Around 2.5 miles I need to make a decision as the race plan says. Option 1 or 2 and option 2 needs to be the one I go with. from mile 3 to 4 is going to be the toughest part of the race through the woods and when I come out of the woods, it is time to close any gaps and get within 10 feet of the front. Although I am not supposed to be pondering the race this early in the week, I feel as though thats what needs to be done. Over the past I have failed to perform at macs, and part of that may be due to a lack of mental preparation. I need to imbed the 10 yard strategy in my head now so that I will not forget what I am there for on Saturday.
