heavy deadlifts today, just had to do it. i was looking forward to this all day especially cuz I got chalk! thanks to Woodrow, fellow deadlifter.

warmup sets felt eh. 335lbs for 5x5 was the target. got it, easy. form was typical as always and lockouts were pretty quick. explosiveness off the ground was the main issue, especially on the first rep of the set. chalk was fucking legit. strong grip on the bar.

worked with Tomas to teach him some exercises.

just did some bent over rows to finish off the day. 3x8 with 210lbs. then like 2x10-15 w/ 135 under then overhand.
