Comments:
not a great workout. just wasn't feeling very sharp, and got tired and out-of-focus during the intervals. the intervals were longer and we got less rest than other times, so i think i psyched myself out a bit. saturday will be good. i'm excited to get out there and compete.
long cooldown back to veale. felt really out of it, so i got a snack and drank some water before finishing the workout. hurdles, lift, stretch, icebath.
