really didn't wanna do this workout since i dont like push day lol.
but i progressed pretty well!
4x8 and then 1x7 w/ 170lbs. i will get 5x8 next time.
95lb ohp again bullshit
30lb laterals today, lightened it to give the rotator cuffs a break. first set 15 then next 4 sets 12, triple dropset. my delts hurt like a bitch. i had to take a break while washing my hair in the shower like 3 times cuz my shoulders were so sore
