i killin' it today.
finally achieved 5x8 with 170lbs bench. fuck. about damn time.
full upper today so i did tbar rows. 4x10 with 140lb of plates, then i dropsetted to 2 plates for like 10.
did a machine for once. flat hammer strength chest press. more volume for dem pecs. 2plates perside, like 3x12, easy as fuck. i remember how hard that shit used to be.
1 arm DB row. 1x12 with 80lb, so easy. 2x8 with 85lbs. felt much tougher.
i just couldn't help myself but keep rowing. did like 3x10-12 w/ 135lb BB, then like a set of 2 plate tbar easyyyyy. felt my back and lats so good
