Got a mile warm up in and then did 3x3200m with 2:15 recovery (200m jog). Felt much better than expected and was good to go the whole time. Went 11:18 (5:39,5:39), 11:10 (5:35,5:35), 10:59 (5:29,5:30). Aaron struggled a little but he was there for the 2nd rep and first mile of last rep. Last rep was tough. Legs were cold the whole time. I hate the cold...
