Comments:
Covered her loop in 25 minutes... (her PR). Due to the cold, she decided to start her run after 4 minutes of walking instead of 5. WE decided to try down and up a ladder... 3 min, 2min, 1min, 2min, 3min. Always took a one minute cooldown walk in between, and she opted to use the "wildcard" one minute extra cooldown before her final 3 minute pick up. I was impressed with her pace on all the runs. At my suggestion she threw in an extra one minute run after the final 3min. Then she started running about two minutes later to catch the light on Western at 41st and she turned it into a one minute run back to the house!
She is getting stronger physically and mentally.
