XC Day 3

Weather: Good conditions; A little warm

Comments:
Decided to only do 6 today instead of going with Colin for 7....tomorrow I have to run on my own but ill bump it up and do 7. Knees and legs still hurting but it seemed after a little over a mile they were bearable to run on....maybe we should start doing drills and warm ups before? I should probably get a little more sleep as well as getting up earlier too and biking might not be so bad of a warm up. Still getting a lot of cramps but I do believe it is slowly getting better and I should be back and ready to go soon enough.
