rained a bit during the workout tonight. under the lights at the track, and it was actually really nice. 15x400 broken into 3 sets of 5

felt very relaxed for the first two sets, and pushed the last one, but still controlled.
talked about our competition in the meeting afterwards. i think we're in a good mindset.
