back in da gym! on the road, driving 1800 miles, eating purely McDonald's and Wendy's. I kinda enjoy that lol. life of a trucker i guess.
first workout back since sunday. Deadlifts baby. after my warmup sets, I chalked up my hands and managed 5x5 with 340lbs. started getting real tough set #4. first rep of that set was tough to get off the ground. very last rep of set 5, I held the bar in my hands for like 10 seconds. that hurt like a bitch. my hands feel pretty tender now.
took a shitload of C4 and didnt feel shit. fml. Rows. 215 for like 8, then another 8. then i was like fuck it go big or go home. loaded up 225lbs for 8 reps. fuck yeah.
1 armed rows. 3x10 w/ 85lbs this was pretty draining.
trained biceps today for once i was like fml i hate this shit. 3x10 w/ 25lb per side ez curl bar.
