One Arm Bench 10x50# KB, 8x70#, 10x50#

3x15 Incline Press @ 2x50#, 15x Leg Lifts in between

2x Supersets (1 at 55#, 1 @ 45#)
10 reps of: skull crushers, extensions, pullovers, bench, full rep curl, half up curl, half down curl, full rep curl)

Seriously hurting after that! Arms are tight!!
