Weather: Nice weather outside, chilly but not bad.

Comments:
10 min tempo (down included jog to reach start point and jog to get back to track), 1000 meters- 3:27, 400m- 1:14, 4*200 (37,36,35,34). WAs getting pretty tight by the end, back not too bad though, mostly in the legs.
