didnt wake up til 3 o clock. idk what happened lol. Got to veale at 4.
255lbs. tried to go for 4x8. but as determined as i was, it was extremely rough. got 3x8 with some extra rest, then 4th set i took a lot more rest and managed 6 reps. I also tried the george leeman belt position and it didn't really work well for squats, ill try that for deadlifts.
210lbs-ish for SLDL. 3x6. then stripped off 70lbs and stood on a plate for a few deficit reps. then down to 95lbs for some more.
more calves today. make it keep up with my upper legs.
some front squats.
just a rough day. felt terrible. gotta eat some more and rest and hopefully I'll feel better wednesday
