Comments:
Ran a fast warmup, then did 4-5x1000 with four minute rest. My goal was to run them under 3:20, which ended up being pretty doable, courtesy of the long rest. I managed to do 5 without beating myself up much, which I was very proud of, and I daresay I was the most comfortable during this workout. #feelingconfident~~~
