205lbs dynamic effor deadlifts, sets of 5
135lb rows 15 reps per set.
left area posterior chain glute/low back region irritation.  left rear delt irritated and left bicep tendon feels slightly irritated. idk what from. doing just overhand grip for everything right now, no direct bicep work.
