P1 Runs 50/100 Shuttle Run
P2 exercises
Switch

Exercises:
Pushups
Squats
Burpees
Situps
Lunges
Flutter Kicks
Divebomber Pushups

Then we made a circle (32 people) and did pushups around. Everyone in front leaning rest, I do pushup, then guy next to me, so on so forth. Did 1-2-3-2-1, then did around the circle with squats 1-2. Fun!
