Weather: Really really reallly cold...brrr

Comments:
I had the option between a regular run and a workout. I felt a lot better from sunday. I figured that I have done all the workouts so far, so whats one more? The weather change from somewhat warm to cold and windy takes a while for me to get used to. I started to feel like I couldn't breathe. Regardless, I am think I did well for me. I am happy with my last workout though, I have improved from last year and I think from the beginning of the season too. Maybe next year I'll go to regionals. Excited for track, and to get some speed in.
