Comments:
ran on the treadmill today, just did an easy 30 minutes. well actually, i did 10:00 at 9:30 pace, 10:00 at 8:50 pace, then 5:00 at 9:12 pace, then 5:00 at 9:30 pace. felt pretty good. shins felt sore in the first 10:00 but loosened up, breathing was good throughout :)

extra: lunge, 1x60 crunches - 2x40 crunches, 1:30 forward plank - 1:00 side plank (on each) - 1:00 supine, 5x10 glute kick (on each leg).
