Treadmill Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Since it was so cold this morning, I went to the RPAC to get in a good tempo. Much slower than last week, but I purposefully picked the paces, getting 10 seconds faster with each mile. Got bored on the treadmill around mile 2, which made for a difficult rest of the workout. Still, I grinded it out and hit exactly the paces I wanted. Can't always feel amazing during a workout, and that's when you need to work on mental toughness as much as you are overall fitness. So good workout.
